
Ingredients for Paalooda:
- Maida – 2 big spoons
Water – 2 cups - Coconut milk 1st extract – 1 cup
Cow’s milk – 2 cups
Sugar – For taste - Ghee – 1 big spoon
- Cashews, almonds, and pista cut into pieces along with raisins – ½ cup together
How to prepare Paalooda?
- Mix maida in 2 cups of water and keep aside, shaking for a while.
- Mix together ingredients no: 2.
- Heat ghee and fry ingredients no: 4 and keep aside.
- Heat a non-stick pan and add maida juice extract along with ingredients no: 2 mixture.
- Stir continuously and allow the contents to thicken.
- When it turns thick enough to drink, add fried raisins and cashews and turn the flame off.
- Serve hot.
