Paalooda recipe

Ingredients for Paalooda:

  1. Maida – 2 big spoons
    Water – 2 cups
  2. Coconut milk 1st extract – 1 cup
    Cow’s milk – 2 cups
    Sugar – For taste
  3. Ghee – 1 big spoon
  4. Cashews, almonds, and pista cut into pieces along with raisins – ½ cup together

How to prepare Paalooda?

  1. Mix maida in 2 cups of water and keep aside, shaking for a while.
  2. Mix together ingredients no: 2.
  3. Heat ghee and fry ingredients no: 4 and keep aside.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and add maida juice extract along with ingredients no: 2 mixture.
  5. Stir continuously and allow the contents to thicken.
  6. When it turns thick enough to drink, add fried raisins and cashews and turn the flame off.
  7. Serve hot.
