Orange and Onion Salad recipe

Ingredients for Orange and Onion Salad:

  1. Orange – 5
  2. Shallots – 1, chopped thin
    Garlic – 1 small clove, crushed
    Vinegar – 1 big spoon
    Salt and pepper powder – As required
  3. Extra virgin olive oil – 4 big spoons
  4. Dill leaves – 1 big spoon
  5. Onion – 1 small, sliced thin in round pieces
  6. Parsley and Cilantro chopped fine – A handful

How to prepare Orange and Onion Salad?

  1. Keep 4 oranges in the refrigerator.
  2. Scratch the skin and extract juice from the remaining orange.
  3.  Add ingredients no: 2 to it in a bowl and mix the contents well.
  4. Add olive oil little by little and beat the contents.
  5. Add dill leaves. This is the dressing.
  6. Take the oranges from the refrigerator.
  7. After removing the outer skin, inner skin, and seeds, chop into thin, round pieces.
  8. Add onion rings, 3-4 big spoonfuls of dressing, and half the quantity of chopped parsley and cilantro.
  9. Toss the contents.
  10. Add salt and pepper powder.
  11. Spread the Orange and Onion Salad on the serving plate.
  12. Pour the remaining dressing on top.
  13. Decorate with remaining chopped parsley and cilantro, and serve.
