Ingredients for Moringa Leaves Tapioca Cutlet:

  1. Muringa leaves cleaned – 2 cups
  2. Tapioca – ¼ kg
  3. Green chillies, finely chopped – 4
  4. Ginger, finely chopped – 1 small spoon
  5. Onion, finely chopped – 1
  6. Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp
  7. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  8. Egg – 1 (mixed well)
  9. Bread crumbs – ½ cup
  10. Cooking oil – for frying

How to prepare Moringa Leaves Tapioca Cutlet?

  1. Cook tapioca as usual and add sufficient salt. Then crush it well.
  2. Heat oil and sauté ginger, green chillies, onion, chilli powder, garam masala powder, and salt.
  3. When it’s done, add Moringa leaves and a little water. Close the lid and cook on a low flame.
  4. When it’s 3/4th done, add crushed tapioca and mix it well. Turn off the flame.
  5. Make small balls from this mixture and then make small cutlets. Dip each cutlet in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil.
  6. This cutlet is really tasty and delicious.
