Ingredients for Nutella Rolls:
- Egg – 1 large
Milk – 2 tbsp
Salt – a pinch - Powdered sugar – ¼ cup
- Sandwich bread – 6 slices, edges removed
- Nutella – 4½ tbsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Strawberries – for garnish
How to prepare Nutella Rolls?
- Beat ingredients no: 1 well and transfer to a wide dish.
- Spread powdered sugar on another plate.
- Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin and spread ¾ tsp Nutella on each slice.
- Roll the bread tightly and press the edges to seal.
- Heat butter on a medium flame.
- Dip each roll in the beaten egg mixture and fry in butter for 4 minutes until golden brown.
- Roll in powdered sugar, garnish with sliced strawberries, and serve hot.
