Nutella Rolls recipe

Ingredients for Nutella Rolls:

  1. Egg – 1 large
    Milk – 2 tbsp
    Salt – a pinch
  2. Powdered sugar – ¼ cup
  3. Sandwich bread – 6 slices, edges removed
  4. Nutella – 4½ tbsp
  5. Butter – 1 tbsp
  6. Strawberries – for garnish

How to prepare Nutella Rolls?

  1. Beat ingredients no: 1 well and transfer to a wide dish.
  2. Spread powdered sugar on another plate.
  3. Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin and spread ¾ tsp Nutella on each slice.
  4. Roll the bread tightly and press the edges to seal.
  5. Heat butter on a medium flame.
  6. Dip each roll in the beaten egg mixture and fry in butter for 4 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Roll in powdered sugar, garnish with sliced strawberries, and serve hot.
