Kaipola – Method 2
Ingredients for Kaipola:
1. Ghee – 2 big spoons
2. Kerala banana (Ethapazham) – 2, chopped
Cashews and raisins – 5 each
3. Eggs – 4
Maida – 2 big spoons
Sugar – 4 big spoons
Cardamom – 4
Soda bicarbonate – 1 small spoon
Rose water – 1 big spoon
How to prepare Kaipola?
1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, and sauté ingredients no: 2 till they turn golden brown.
2. Blend ingredients no: 3 using a mixer.
3. Pour this maida mixture on the top of banana mixture.
4. Mix slowly and cook in low flame.
