Ingredients for Inji-Thairu:
- Ginger – 2 pieces
- Green chillies – 4
- Curry leaves – 4 stem
- Curd – 50 ml
- Crushed coconut – 2 small spoons
- Salt – as needed
How to prepare Inji-Thairu?
- Crush together ginger, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add crushed coconut, curd and salt and mix well.
