Fried Cauliflower dipped in Egg

 
This preparation can be done in many easy methods of different variants. Here is one such. 

Ingredients for fried cauliflower:

  1. Cauliflower – 1 small
  2. Lemon juice – from 1 lemon
  3. Egg – 2
  4. Bread crumbs – 1.5 cups
  5. Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
  6. Oil – as required
  7. Water – 6 cups
  8. Salt – as needed

How to fry cauliflower?

  1. Separate cauliflower into petals and clean well using warm water.
  2. Boil 6 cups of water adding lemon juice, salt and add cauliflower to it. Boil it for 8 minutes for softening. Never over cook it.
  3. Then use a cotton cloth to remove water content from cauliflower.
  4. Mix eggs and pepper powder with a little salt.
  5. Dip each petal in this egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.
  6. Fried cauliflower should be light brown in colour.
