Chilled Mango Soup
Ingredients for Chilled Mango Soup:
1. Sour less curd – 250 milli
2. Mango pulp – 250 milli
3. Lemon juice – one small spoon
4. Salt – one pinch
5. Milk – ½ ltr
6. Sugar – two big spoons
How to prepare Chilled Mango Soup?
1. Blend well using a mixer – curd, mango pulp and milk.
2. Add salt, sugar and lemon juice, and place in refrigerator.
3. Serve chilled.
