Spaghetti with Cheese and Tomatoes
Ingredients for Spaghetti with Cheese and Tomatoes:
1. Tomatoes – 10
2. Olive oil – 1 big spoon
3. Onions chopped fine – 1 big spoon
Garlic chopped fine – 1 big spoon
4. Oregano (dried) – A pinch
Basil leaves (dried) – A pinch
5. Salt and pepper powder – As needed
6. Spaghetti boiled – 3 cups
7. Cheese grated – A big spoon
How to prepare Spaghetti with Cheese and Tomatoes?
1. Put tomatoes in boiling water and take out instantly.
2. Put them in cold water and remove seeds and skin.
3. Chop the remaining portion into small pieces.
4. Heat oil in saucepan and sauté garlic and onions for 2 minutes.
5. Add tomato and ingredients no: 4, and boil the contents.
6. Add salt and pepper, followed by cooked spaghetti.
7. Reduce the flame and cook till gravy thickens.
8. Put off the flame and add grated cheese.
9. Serve hot.
