Mutton Butter Roast recipe

Ingredients for Mutton Butter Roast:

1. Unsalted butter – 4 big spoons

2. Mutton – Half kg, cut into small square pieces

    Kashmiri Chilli powder – 2 big spoons

    Chilli powder – 1 big spoon

    Mustard sauce – 1 big spoon

    Onions – 2, sliced into round pieces

    Capsicum yellow, green, and red – Half each, cut into square pieces

    Garlic chopped fine – 1 big spoon

    Pepper powder – 1 big spoon

    Salt – For taste

How to prepare Mutton Butter Roast?

1. Add butter to the pan and melt it on a low flame.

2. Keep stirring so that the butter won’t burn.

3. Add mutton and fry it well.

4. Remove it from the butter and saute ingredients 3 in the remaining butter.

5. Add mutton again and saute again for a few minutes.

6. Add 2.5 cups of boiling water and cook the mutton.

7. When the gravy thickens, you can take your butter mutton roast from the flame.
