
Ingredients for Mushroom Rice:
1. Sesame oil – 2 big spoons
2. Garlic – 3 cloves, chopped
3. Celery chopped fine – 1 big spoon
4. Onions chopped fine – 1/4cup
5. Capsicum chopped fine – 2 big spoons
Button mushroom – 200 gm, sliced
6. Basmati rice cooked – 2 cups
7. Soya sauce – 2 small spoons
Vinegar – 1 small spoon
Salt – For taste
Pepper powder – As needed
8. Spring onion chopped fine – 2 big spoons
How to prepare Mushroom Rice?
1. In a thick-bottomed pan, heat oil and sauté garlic.
2. Add celery and sauté again, followed by onions.
3. When onions turn crystal-like, add capsicum and mushrooms.
4. Sauté in high flame, till the mushrooms turn brown and the water content is absorbed.
5. Add cooked rice and mix it using a fork. Avoid lumps.
6. Add ingredients no: 7, followed by spring onions.
7. Put off the flame and serve hot.
