
Ingredients for Akoori:
- Oil – 3 big spoons
- Onions -2, medium-sized, chopped fine
Green chillies – 2, chopped after removing seeds - Salt – ½ small spoon
Sugar – ½ small spoon
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 small spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
Chilli powder – ½ small spoon - Tomato – 2, medium-sized
- Eggs – 6, beaten, adding a little milk
- Coriander leaves – 1 big handful, chopped fine
How to prepare Akoori?
- Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan.
- Sauté onions and green chillies till they turn brown.
- Add ingredients no: 3, and sauté well, followed by tomatoes.
- Sauté the contents for 3 minutes, till mixed well.
- Add egg mixture and keep stirring.
- Never overcook eggs.
- Decorate with coriander leaves.
