Akoori RECIPE

Ingredients for Akoori:

  1. Oil – 3 big spoons
  2. Onions -2, medium-sized, chopped fine
    Green chillies – 2, chopped after removing seeds
  3. Salt – ½ small spoon
    Sugar – ½ small spoon
    Ginger-garlic paste – 1 small spoon
    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
    Chilli powder – ½ small spoon
  4. Tomato – 2, medium-sized
  5. Eggs – 6, beaten, adding a little milk
  6. Coriander leaves – 1 big handful, chopped fine

How to prepare Akoori?

  1. Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan.
  2. Sauté onions and green chillies till they turn brown.
  3. Add ingredients no: 3, and sauté well, followed by tomatoes.
  4. Sauté the contents for 3 minutes, till mixed well.
  5. Add egg mixture and keep stirring.
  6. Never overcook eggs.
  7. Decorate with coriander leaves.
