  3. Mix together the biryani rice, minced mutton, salt, garam masala powder, cashew nuts, mint leaves, 1 soup cube powder, oil, tomato paste, ¼ cup pepper powder, and ½ cup tomato pieces. Keep a little tomato paste for adding later.
  4. Fold one end of the cabbage sheets like a fan, with a half-inch width. Repeat the process for half of the cabbage leaves.
  5. Spread the remaining cabbage leaves in a cooking vessel. Its bottom should be flat. Then spread tomato pieces and onions on its top.
  6. Place those cabbage rolls one above the other.
  7. Heat a little water in another vessel. Put the remaining soup cubes, powdered with a little tomato paste and salt. Pour this mixture on top.
  8. On top, place a few plates to close it completely.
  9. Cook in a low flame till it’s done.

N.B: Plates are placed so that cabbage rolls remain intact. Cabbage rolls never unfold when plates are placed on top. Add sufficient water only. When it’s cooked, water should be drained completely.
