
Ingredients for Mini Macaroni Cup:
- Bread – 10 pieces
- Macaroni pasta, cream cheese – ½ cup each
- Salt and pepper – 10 gm each
- Mozzarella cheese – ¼ gm
- Carrot, green peas, corn – 1 tablespoon
How to prepare Mini Macaroni Cup?
- Cut bread pieces into circular shapes using a round cutter.
- Gently press each bread piece using a chapatti roller to make it thinner.
- Place these bread slices in muffin moulds and put a bean on its top. (Beans/Pie weights are put so that muffins won’t come up from the moulds. You can substitute beans with any other object of the same weight.)
- Cook Macaroni pasta by adding salt and water.
- Steam cook the vegetables.
- Add cream cheese and cooked vegetables to pasta.
- Use this mixture as fillings for muffins.
- Fill the bread cups with this mixture first, and then spread the mozzarella cheese on the top.
- Slightly heat it in the oven for a few minutes.
