Mini Macaroni Cup recipe

Ingredients for Mini Macaroni Cup:

  1. Bread – 10 pieces
  2. Macaroni pasta, cream cheese – ½ cup each
  3. Salt and pepper – 10 gm each
  4. Mozzarella cheese – ¼ gm
  5. Carrot, green peas, corn – 1 tablespoon

How to prepare Mini Macaroni Cup?

  1. Cut bread pieces into circular shapes using a round cutter.
  2. Gently press each bread piece using a chapatti roller to make it thinner.
  3. Place these bread slices in muffin moulds and put a bean on its top. (Beans/Pie weights are put so that muffins won’t come up from the moulds. You can substitute beans with any other object of the same weight.)
  4. Cook Macaroni pasta by adding salt and water.
  5. Steam cook the vegetables.
  6. Add cream cheese and cooked vegetables to pasta.
  7. Use this mixture as fillings for muffins.
  8. Fill the bread cups with this mixture first, and then spread the mozzarella cheese on the top.
  9. Slightly heat it in the oven for a few minutes.
