Introduction

Mango Pudding is a soft, chilled dessert made mainly with mango pulp, milk or cream, sugar, and a setting agent (gelatin, china grass/agar-agar, or cornflour).

Here I added two recipes. In the first method, milk is used as a key ingredient. In the second method, whipped cream is used as a substitute for milk. Gelatin is used as the setting agent in both. You can try both methods. This dessert tastes better when chilled.
