Maltesers Ribbon Cheese Cake

Ingredients for Maltesers Ribbon Cheese Cake:

1. Sugar powdered – 100 gm

    Butter – 100 gm

2. Yellow yolk – 2

3. Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon

4. Baking powder – 1 small spoon

    Maida – 100 gm

5. Yellow yolk – 2

6. Coco powder – 1 big spoon

    Warm water – 2 big spoons

For Frosting:

7. Maltesers – 1 cup

8. Whipping cream – 300 milli

    Sugar powdered – ½ cup

    Cream cheese – 200 gm

9. Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon

For chocolate ganache:

10. Whipping cream – 100 milli

11. Dark chocolate – 150 gm, grated

How to prepare Maltesers Ribbon Cheese Cake?

1. Preheat oven in 180 degree celsious.

2. Beat together ingredients no: 1.

3. Add yellow yolk and beat again, followed by vanilla essence.

4. Mix ingredients no: 4.

5. Beat white egg and keep aside.

6. In yellow yolk mixture add maida and white yolk alternatively and mix it well.

7. Take a part of maida mixture. Dissolve coco powder in a little water and add to it.

8. Take a cake tin and pour both coco mixture and vanilla mixture alternatively and give it a marble effect.

9. In the pre-heated oven bake it for 20 minutes.

10. To prepare frosting, grind Maltesers in a mixer and make it a fine powder.

11. Take a bowl and beat together ingredients no: 8, followed by vanilla essence.

12. Transfer the contents to a piping bag and refrigerate it.

13. To prepare chocolate ganache, take whipping cream in a bowl and immerse in boiling water (double boiling method).

13. Add grated chocolate to it, mix it well and allow to cool.

14. In a plate place marble cake and pipe the frosting on its top.

15. Place ganache on its top and decorate the cake using Maltesers powder or as whole or chocolate strips as you wish.
