Madhusudhan Rao is a South Indian film actor who plays supporting roles in Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu movies. Goli Soda, Kathakali, Idhu Namma Aalu, Jeeva, Kaashmora, and Adam Joan are some of his best known performances. Breaking the language barriers he accepts supporting roles in different languages. After struggling in the industry for many years since the 1990s, he got the big break through the 2014 film, Goli Soda. He played the supporting role of Naidu, a local rogue in the movie, and since then he has been busy in the Tamil and Telugu film industry. Adam Joan was his debut movie in Malayalam.

Madhusudhan Rao has been associated with Tamil films since 1995. Karna was his debut movie. He has played several uncredited roles in the 1990s. Antahpuram in 1999 was his first Telugu flick. He mostly played henchman and similar kind of roles throughout 1990s and 2000s and most of them were uncredited ones. He had to wait so long to get the big break through the critically acclaimed movie, Goli Soda. He played Chief Minister Mohan Kanth in Billa II and the brief role of Messenger from Mahishmati Kingdom in the iconic film, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. He has appeared in around 100 movies.

2. He has done numerous roles as a henchman without any dialogue for many years, and many of these roles were uncredited ones.

3. After portraying Nathen, a unique character doing satanic rituals in his debut Malayalam flick, Adam Joan its lead actor Prithviraj promised him a role in the actor’s directorial debut – Lucifer. But it didn’t happen.
