Aisha Sharma is a newbie in the Bollywood film industry, who is to mark her film debut in a lead role opposite John Abraham in the upcoming vigilante action thriller film, Satyameva Jayate. Debutant Milap Milan Zaveri directs the movie, and its release is scheduled for August 15, 2018. Aisha is a very successful model and is the younger sister of Bollywood actress Neha Sharma, who has delivered a few Bollywood hits in recent times. She is the daughter of Congress politician Ajit Sharma, who currently serves as an MLA of Bihar. Aisha Sharma has made a late entry into Bollywood and is currently 29 years old, just before the release of her debut film.

Aisha Sharma was born on 24 January 1989 at Bhagalpur, Bihar into a Brahmin family. She is about 1.5 years younger to her elder sister, Neha Sharma, a popular actress of Bollywood screen. Her father Ajit Sharma is an Indian business-man turned politician and Member of Legislative Assembly from Bhagalpur in Bihar. A reputed politician, it’s the first term of Sharma in state assembly. Aisha spent her childhood with her grandparents in Delhi, where she completed her schooling from Springdale’s School. She later graduated in biotechnology from Amity School of Engineering, Noida.
Aisha has three siblings. She has an elder brother named Vaibhav Sharma. She has two sisters named Neha Sharma, an actress and Reetika Sharma. A fitness freak, she is already an established model in Indian fashion industry, and has just joined films, following her elder sister’s footsteps. She always looks fashionable in her outfit, and owns a slim and trim body. She started modelling soon after studies, and had modelled for Lakme and other leading brands. In 2016, she became the Kingfisher calendar girl and also appeared in a video song of Ayushmaan Khurrana – “Ik Vaari.”

4. She was to mark her Bollywood debut with Judwaa-2, playing one of the two female leads opposite Varun Dhawan. However, she couldn’t make it.
5. There were rumours that she is to play one of the two female leads of Akshay Kumar for the Namastey London sequel titled Namastey England. But the movie was later made without these two actors.
