Trivia: Yuvajanotsavam marked screen debut of Suresh Gopi in adult role. He played a character role in the film. He continued doing less significant character roles throughout 1980s, and emerged as a big star in 1990s, and the third superstar of Malayalam after Mammootty and Mohanlal with the 1994 blockbuster hit, Commissioner.
