Idli Egg Upma

Ingredients for Idli Egg Upma:

1. Leftover idli – 6

2. Oil – A little

3. Chilli powder – A little

    Salt – As per taste

4. Oil – 2 small spoons

5. Mustard – Half small spoon

6. Onions – 2, cut into square pieces

    Curry leaves – As per requirement

7. Eggs – 2

8. Crushed chillies – Half small spoon

How to prepare Idli Egg Upma?

1. Cut each idli into 6 pieces.

2. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the idlis.

3. And salt and chili powder and take from flame.

4. In the same pan heat oil and add mustard seeds.

5. Add ingredients 6 and when raw smell goes out, add eggs and scramble it.

6. Add fried idli to it and sprinkle crushed chillies on top.

7. Check salt and serve hot.
