
Ingredients for Green Mango Squash:
- Raw Mango – 1 kg
Water – 2 cups - Sugar – 1.5 kg
Water – 2 cups - Citric Acid – 1/2 tsp
Potassium Metabisulfite – 2 drops
How to prepare Green Mango Squash?
- Boil the mango with water and set it aside.
- Once cooled, blend the mango in a mixer and strain it.
- Mix sugar and water, then add citric acid and heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Add the mango juice to the sugar syrup, stir well, and bring it to a boil.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Take ¼ cup of the cooled juice, mix it with potassium metabisulfite, and then combine it with the remaining juice.
- Once fully cooled, store it in a clean, dry bottle.
