
Ingredients for Ghee Banana:
1. Kerala banana (big-sized) – 3
2. Sugar – 5-6 small spoons
Ghee – 5 small spoons
Water – ½ cup
3. Coconut grated and cashew nuts, fried – To decorate
How to prepare Ghee Banana?
1. Cut a banana into big pieces in a slanting position.
2. Heat a thick-bottomed pan and add bananas along with ingredients no: 2.
3. Close the lid, reduce the flame, and cook the banana pieces.
4. Continue cooking till the sugar turns caramelized and the banana pieces are cooked well.
5. Transfer the contents to a serving plate.
6. Decorate with fried coconut and cashews.
