Healthy Flaxseeds Chapati

Ingredients for Flaxseeds Chapati:

1. Flaxseeds powdered – 60 gm

    Wheat flour with bran – 100 gm

    Salt – As required

2. Water – As required

Ingredients for Ash Gourd Curry:

3. Ash gourd pieces – 150 gm

4. Salt – For taste

    Water – As required

5. Ginger – 1 small piece

    Green chillies – 2

    Mustard – ¼ small spoon

    Fenugreek – A pinch

6. Curry leaves – 1 stem

    Garlic chopped – ¼ small spoon

    Onions chopped – 4 small spoons

7. Low-fat milk -25 milli

    Low-fat curd – 50 milli

8. Oil – A little

9. Mustard – A pinch

How to prepare Flaxseeds Chapati?

1. Add sufficient water to ingredients no: 1 and knead the dough.

2. Make small balls and spread them to round chapatis.

3. Cook chapatis in a tawa without adding oil.

How to prepare Ash Gourd Curry?

4. Cut the ash gourd into pieces.

5. Cook ash gourd, adding salt and water.

6. Crush ingredients no: 5 together and add to the cooked ash gourd.

7. Also add ingredients no: 6.

8. Boil the contents well and add curd and milk.

9. When it starts boiling, turn off the flame.

10. Heat a little oil and sputter mustard seeds, and add to the curry.

11. Serve your ash gourd curry with healthy Flaxseeds Chapati.
