Flax Seeds & Sesame Ladoo

Ingredients for Flax Seeds & Sesame Ladoo:

1. Flax seeds – 50 grams

    Sesame seeds – 50 grams

    Khaskhas (poppy seeds) – 50 grams

2. Ghee – Half cup

3. Almonds – 50 grams

4. Wheat flour – Half cup

5. Sugar/Jaggery powdered – 3/4 cup

6. Cardamom powder – 1 small spoon

How to prepare Flax Seeds & Sesame Ladoo?

1. Fry ingredients no:1 separately in a pan for three or four minutes, without adding oil.

2. Make a fine powder of each of them separately and keep them aside.

3. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and fry almonds.

4. Drain them from ghee, and when it cools make a fine powder.

5. In the remaining oil fry wheat flour till it turns light brown.

6. Add remaining powders to it and mix well.

7. Finally add sugar or jaggery powder, followed by cardamom powder.

8. When all the contents are uniformly mixed well, put off the flame.

9. Before it cools, make ladoos.
