Fish In Pepper Garlic Sauce
Ingredients for Fish In Pepper Garlic Sauce:
1. Fish after removing spine and cut into pieces – ½ kg
2. Garlic paste – 2 big spoons
Pepper powder – 1 small spoon
Lemon juice – 1 big spoon
Salt – For taste
3. Butter – For frying
4. Spring onion chopped fine – 2 big spoons
5. Egg – 1, beaten
Milk – 1 cup
6. Salt and pepper powder – For taste
7. Spring onion leaves chopped – To decorate
How to prepare Fish In Pepper Garlic Sauce?
1. Marinate fish using a mixture of ingredients no: 2.
2. Allow fish pieces to rest at least one hour.
3. Deep fry fish pieces using butter.
4. In the remaining butter sauté spring onions and take the pan from flame.
5. Beat egg and milk together and add to pan. Mix it well.
6. Place the pan back in stove and reduce the flame.
7. Stir continuously till contents thicken and then add salt and pepper.
8. Place fried fish in a serving plate and pour garlic sauce on its top.
9. Decorate your fish with spring onion leaves and serve.
