Elaanchi Polichath
Ingredients for Elaanchi Polichath:
1. Eggs – 2
Maida – 3 big spoons
Salt – For taste
2. Ghee – ½ small spoon
3. Coconut scrapped – 1 glass
Sugar – 1 glass
Cardamom powder – ¼ small spoon
Broken cashews – 4
Raisins – 4
How to prepare Elaanchi Polichath?
1. Beat together ingredients no: 1.
2. Heat ghee and fry ingredients no: 3.
3. Heat a pan and make small dosas from egg-maida mixture.
4. Fill each dosa with coconut filling and roll it tightly.
5. Continue the process for all dosas.
