Egg Molly

Ingredients for Egg Molly:

1. Coconut oil – 5 big spoons

2. Eggs – 4

3. Ginger chopped – 1 small spoon

4. Green chillies – 4, chopped

    Curry leaves – 1 stem

5. Onion – 2, chopped

5. Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

7. Water – ½ cup

8. Coconut milk – 2 cups

How to prepare Egg Molly?

1. Break each egg into the doughs of idli steamer, and steam cooker it.

2. Heat oil in a pan, and sauté ginger.

3. Add curry leaves and green chillies and sauté again.

4. Add onions and continue sauting.

5. Add turmeric powder and salt, and then half cup water.

6. Bring it to boil.

7. Add coconut milk followed by cooked eggs and bring it to boil.
