Egg Molly recipe

Ingredients for Egg Molly:

  1. Coconut oil – 5 big spoons
  2. Eggs – 4
  3. Ginger chopped – 1 small spoon
  4. Green chillies – 4, chopped
    Curry leaves – 1 stem
  5. Onion – 2, chopped
  6. Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon
    Salt – For taste
  7. Water – ½ cup
  8. Coconut milk – 2 cups

How to prepare Egg Molly?

  1. Break each egg into the molds of the idli steamer, and steam it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, and sauté ginger.
  3. Add curry leaves and green chillies and sauté again.
  4. Add onions and continue sauting.
  5.  Add turmeric powder and salt, and then half a cup of water.
  6. Bring it to a boil.
  7.  Add coconut milk, followed by cooked eggs, and bring the contents to a boil.
