
Ingredients for Egg Molly:
- Coconut oil – 5 big spoons
- Eggs – 4
- Ginger chopped – 1 small spoon
- Green chillies – 4, chopped
Curry leaves – 1 stem - Onion – 2, chopped
- Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon
Salt – For taste - Water – ½ cup
- Coconut milk – 2 cups
How to prepare Egg Molly?
- Break each egg into the molds of the idli steamer, and steam it.
- Heat oil in a pan, and sauté ginger.
- Add curry leaves and green chillies and sauté again.
- Add onions and continue sauting.
- Add turmeric powder and salt, and then half a cup of water.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Add coconut milk, followed by cooked eggs, and bring the contents to a boil.
