
Ingredients for Dry Fruit Delicacy:
1. Almonds – 50 gm
Pista – 50 gm
Figs – 50 gm
Apricot – 50 gm
Dates – 50 gm
Raisins – 25 gm
2. Milk – 1 litre frozen
3. Vanilla ice cream – ½ litre
4. Condensed milk – 1 tin
5. Vanilla essence – 6 drops
6. Hot water – For soaking
7. Raisins – To decorate
How to prepare Dry Fruit Delicacy?
1. Chop ingredients no: 1 and soak in lukewarm water for 15 minutes.
2. Make a fine paste of above ingredients.
3. Blend chilled milk, condensed milk, and vanilla essence in a mixer.
4. Mix the milk mixture with the dry fruit paste.
5. Add ice cream last, and gently mix the contents.
6. Decorate with raisins and serve chilled.
7. You can also add a scoop of ice cream as the topping.
