Dry Fruit Delicacy

Ingredients for Dry Fruit Delicacy:

1. Almonds – 50 gm

    Pista – 50 gm

    Figs – 50 gm

    Apricot – 50 gm

    Dates – 50 gm

    Raisins – 25 gm

2. Milk – 1 litre frozen

3. Ice cream vanilla – ½ litre

4. Condensed milk – 1 tin

5. Vanilla essence – 6 drops

6. Hot water – For soaking

7. Raisins – To decorate

How to prepare Dry Fruit Delicacy?

1. Chop ingredients no: 1 and soak in lukewarm water for 15 minutes.

2. Make a fine paste of above ingredients.

3. Blend chilled milk, condensed milk and vanilla essence in a mixer.

4. Mix milk mixture with dry fruits paste.

5. Add ice cream at last, and gently mix the contents.

6. Decorate with raisins and serve chilled.

7. You can also add a scoop of ice cream as topping.
