Doughnut with Nutella

Ingredients for Doughnut with Nutella:

1. Lukewarm water – ¾ cup

    Yeast – 2 ¼ small spoons

    Sugar – 1 small spoon

2. Maida – 3 cups

   Sugar – ¼ cup

   Lemon skin grated – 1 small spoon

3. Eggs – 2, beaten

    Butter melted – 56 gm

    Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon

4. Oil – For frying

5. Sugar powdered – ½ cup

6. Nutella – As required

How to prepare Doughnut with Nutella?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together in a bowl.

2. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes, till it rises.

3. Mix ingredients no: 1, 2 and 3 together to prepare the dough.

4. Sprinkle extra maida if needed.

5. Grease a bowl and place the dough inside it. Close the lid.

6. Allow it to rest for 1 hour. The dough will rise up.

7. Spread it flat uniformly to get a ¼ inch piece.

8. Using a doughnut cutter, cut doughnuts from the dough.

9. Grease a butter paper and spread doughnuts on it.

10. Wrap it with a moist cloth once done.

11. After 1 hour, deep fry them in a low flame. Doughnuts should turn brown colour.

12. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

13. Fill Nutella into a piping bag.

14. Enter the nozzle through the sides of the doughnuts and pipe Nutella inside them.
