Dates and Coconut Pudding
Ingredients for Dates and Coconut Pudding:
- Butter – 200 gm
- Icing sugar – 100 gm
- Yellow yolk of egg – 10
- Milk – ¾ litre
- Cake mixture – 250 gm
- Coconut powder – 100 gm
- Dates chopped – 120 gm
- White yolk – 10
- Sugar – 100 gm
How to prepare dates and coconut pudding?
- Blend well butter, icing sugar and yellow yolk.
- Mix milk and cake mixture.
- Add sugar to white yolk and blend well.
- Mix all ingredients together and immerse in a container containing boiling water. Cook your pudding for 45 minutes in this way.
Note: You can make cake mixture by mixing 130 gm maida, 130 gm milk powder and 10 gm baking powder.
