Dates and Coconut Pudding recipe

Ingredients for Dates and Coconut Pudding:

  1. Butter – 200 gm
  2. Icing sugar – 100 gm
  3. Yellow yolk of egg – 10
  4. Milk – ¾ litre
  5. Cake mixture – 250 gm
  6. Coconut powder – 100 gm
  7. Dates chopped – 120 gm
  8. White yolk – 10
  9. Sugar – 100 gm

How to prepare Dates and Coconut pudding?

  1. Blend well butter, icing sugar and yellow yolk.
  2. Mix milk and cake mixture.
  3. Add sugar to white yolk and blend well.
  4. Mix all ingredients together and immerse in a container containing boiling water. Cook your pudding for 45 minutes in this way.
 
Note: You can make a cake mixture by mixing 130 gm of maida, 130 gm milk powder and 10 gm baking powder.
