Crunchy Cheese Omelette
Ingredients for Crunchy Cheese Omelette:
1. Cheese- 40 gm
2. Parsley/ coriander leaves- 3 stems, chopped fine
3. Bread- 1 slice, Friend and sliced into small pieces
Cherry tomato- 4, cut into small pieces
4. Egg- 2 big
5. Water- 1 big spoon
Salted, Pepper powder – As needed
6. Olive oil- 2 small spoons
How to prepare Crunchy Cheese Omelette?
1. Grind the cheese and put it in a bowl.
2. Add parsley or coriander leaves to the bowl. Avoid thick stems of coriander leaves.
3. Add chopped cherry tomatoes to bread pieces and mix well. This is used as filling.
4. Add eggs to another bowl and add water, pepper and salt to it. Beat the contents well.
5. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and pour egg mixture to it.
6. When it starts to set stir the middle portion using a spoon slowly. (This allows the egg to set perfectly)
7. When the egg is set, sprinkle a little filling on its top.
8. Fold the egg at its centre and transfer to a serving plate.
9. Serve it with lettuce leaves.
