Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta recipe

Ingredients for Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta:

  1. Fusilli pasta – 400 gm
  2. Mushroom – 450 gm
    Garlic – 1 clove
    Carrot – 1 small
  3. Butter – 75 gm
  4. Salt and pepper powder – As required
  5. Cream – 200 gm

How to prepare Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta?

  1. Heat water in a big pan and cook the pasta in it.
  2. Chop mushrooms into small pieces.
  3. Peel off the skin of garlic and crush it.
  4. Peel off the skin of the carrot and cut into small square pieces.
  5. Heat butter in a pan and sauté mushrooms, garlic, and carrot.
  6. Add salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes.
  7. Stir occasionally.
  8. Strain pasta to remove excess water content and then add to cooked mushrooms.
  9. Add cream also, and mix the contents well.
  10. Serve hot.
  11. You can also add boiled broccoli and basil leaves if you want.
