
Ingredients for Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta:
- Fusilli pasta – 400 gm
- Mushroom – 450 gm
Garlic – 1 clove
Carrot – 1 small - Butter – 75 gm
- Salt and pepper powder – As required
- Cream – 200 gm
How to prepare Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta?
- Heat water in a big pan and cook the pasta in it.
- Chop mushrooms into small pieces.
- Peel off the skin of garlic and crush it.
- Peel off the skin of the carrot and cut into small square pieces.
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté mushrooms, garlic, and carrot.
- Add salt and pepper and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Strain pasta to remove excess water content and then add to cooked mushrooms.
- Add cream also, and mix the contents well.
- Serve hot.
- You can also add boiled broccoli and basil leaves if you want.
