Corn Pulao recipe

Ingredients for Corn Pulao:

1. Ghee – 2 big spoons

2. Onions – 1, chopped fine

    Green chillies – 3, chopped fine

    Cinnamon – 1

    Cardamom – 3

    Bay leaf – 1

    Cloves – 3

    Star Anise – 1

3. Ginger-garlic crushed – 2 small spoons

4. Corn – 1 cup

    Salt – For taste

5. Green peas – ½ cup

6. Basmati rice boiled – 2 cups

7. Red capsicum chopped fine – 1 big spoon

    Coriander leaves chopped fine – 2 big spoons

    Cashews fried – 10

How to prepare Corn Pulao?

1. Heat ghee and sauté ingredients no: 2.

2. Add crushed ginger-garlic and sauté again.

3. Add corn and cook the contents.

4. Add salt, and when it’s half done, add green peas and cook in a low flame.

5. Add cooked basmati rice, mix gently, and turn off the flame.

6. Decorate with ingredients no: 7 and serve.
