Cool Grape Raitha

Ingredients for Cool Grape Raitha:

1. Curd – 1 cup

2. Seedless grapes, chopped – ¾ cup

3. Cucumber cut into ¼-inch square pieces – ¾ cup

4. Spring onion chopped fine – ½ cup

5. Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

6. Salt – 1 tsp

7. Pepper powder – ¼ tsp

    Parsley chopped – 1 table spoon

How to prepare Cool Grape Raitha?

1. Mix ingredients 1-6 together in a bowl.

2. Refrigerate it for a while.

3. Add ingredients no: 7 just before you serve.
