
Ingredients for Coconut-Cornflakes Cracknuts:
1. Thick coconut milk – 1 cup
2. Coconut grated – 2
3. Condensed milk – ½ cup
4. Butter – 25 gm
5. Cashews roasted – ½ cup
6. Sugar – 10 big spoons
Water – 2 small spoons
7. Cornflakes – 75 gms
8. Sesame seeds – 2 small spoons
How to prepare Coconut-Cornflakes Cracknuts?
1. Heat the pan and add coconut milk and grated coconut.
2. Sauté the contents.
3. Add condensed milk, butter, and cashews one after another and keep stirring.
4. When the contents thicken, take a small spoonful of the contents and put it in water.
5. If it turns into a ball, the consistency is perfect. Otherwise, continue cooking.
6. After taking it from the flame, make small balls from it, while it’s warm.
7. Heat a pan and add sugar and water.
8. When sugar melts and turns brown, add cornflakes and sesame, and stir the contents.
9. Roll each ball in this cornflake mixture to get a fine coat.
10. Serve chilled.
