Coconut Cooler recipe

Ingredients for Coconut Cooler:

  1. Coconut milk – 4 parts
  2. Fresh lemon juice – 4 parts
  3. Soda – As required
  4. Mint leaves – To decorate

How to prepare Coconut Cooler?

  1. Put coconut milk and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
  2. Put ice cubes in juice glasses and pour the coconut mixture on top.
  3. Fill the glass with soda, and decorate with mint leaves.
