chicken fry with crushed chillies

Ingredients for Chicken Peri Peri:

1. Chicken – 1 kilo, cut into pieces

2. Ginger-garlic paste – 1 table spoon

    Vinegar – 1 tsp

    Egg – 1

    Corn flour – 1 tablespoon

    Chilli powder – 2 tablespoons

    Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

    Fennel powdered – 1 teaspoon

3. Green chillies – 5

    Curry leaves – 5 stems

    Kashmiri chillies crushed – 3 table spoons

4. Coconut oil – As required

How to prepare Chicken Peri Peri?

1. Mix ingredients no: 2 together and marinate chicken pieces.

2. Keep the chicken in refrigerator for 2 hours.

3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken pieces.

4. Transfer 3 table spoons of remaining oil to another pan.

5. Sauté ingredients no: 3 in this oil.

6. Add fried chicken with gravy to this oil and stir well.

7. When masala fully coats chicken pieces, put off the flame.
