Egg Muffins recipe

Ingredients for Breakfast Egg Muffins:

1. Eggs – 12

    Fat-free milk – ¼ cup

    Pepper powder – ½ tsp

    Salt – As required

2. Capsicum (yellow and red) chopped – ¾ cup

    Spinach chopped – 1 cup

    Onion chopped – ½ cup

    Cheese grated – As required

3. Cheese slices – As required

    Parsley – As required

4. Oil – For preparation

How to prepare Breakfast Egg Muffins?

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree celsious.

2. Grease the muffin trays.

3. Take ingredients no: 1 in a big bowl and blend well.

4. Add ingredients no: 2 and mix the contents again.

5. Fill the mixture into muffin cups in equal quantities and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

6. Once done, take muffins from the oven and allow them to cool.

7. You can separate muffins from trays using a knife.

8. Decorate each muffin using cheese slices and parsley.
