Bread Crunch recipe

Ingredients for Bread Crunch:

1. Milk – 1 cup

2. Sugar – As needed

    Corn flour – 1 small spoon

    Cardamom powder – 1 small spoon

3. Bread slice – 5, cut into square pieces

4. Ghee – For frying

5. Sugar – 1 cup

6. Almonds broken – To decorate

How to prepare Bread Crunch?

1. Boil milk and continue boiling till it turns creamy.

2. Add ingredients no: 2 and continue cooking till it turns thick.

3. Fry bread slices in ghee.

4. Add sufficient water to the sugar and prepare the sugar solution by boiling it.

5. Put bread pieces in sugar solution, and place in a serving plate.

6. Pour thickened milk on its top and decorate with almonds.
