Ingredients for Boal Fish Mango Curry (Aattu Vaala Maanga Curry):
1. Boal (Aattu Vaala) – 1
2. Coconut – 1, scrapped
Chilli powder – 1.5 big spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 big spoons
3. Mango – ½ kg, cut into pieces
Salt – For taste
Curry leaves – As needed
4. Coconut oil – As needed
5. Mustard – As needed
Shallots chopped – As needed
Curry leaves – As needed
How to prepare Boal Fish Mango Curry (Aattu Vaala Maanga Curry)?
1. Clean fish and cut into pieces.
2. Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2.
3. Boil boal fish adding coconut paste and ingredients no: 3.
4. When the curry starts to boil, add coconut oil and cook fish.
5. Temper ingredients no: 5 in coconut oil and add to your Boal Fish Mango Curry.
