Banana Lollipop recipe

Ingredients for Banana Lollipop:

1. Banana – 4

2. Popsicle stick – 4

3. Melted chocolate – 200 gm

4. Rainbow sprinkles – 30 milli

5. Coconut oil – 5 gm

6. Whipped cream – 40 gm

7. Sweetened cherry – 8

How to prepare Banana Lollipop?

1. Spread parchment paper on a baking sheet.

2. Cut both the tips of the bananas, and cut them into two pieces.

3. Pierce Popsicle sticks at the tip of each banana piece and spread on a baking sheet.

4. Place it in the freezer for 2 hours.

5. Take a bowl and pour melted chocolate and coconut oil. Mix it well.

6. Dip each banana in melted chocolate and then in sprinkles.

7. Place the banana pieces back in the baking sheet.

8. Keep it in the freezer till the chocolate is completely frozen.

9. Decorate them with cherries (one at the tip of each popsicle stick and one in the serving plate) just before you serve.
