Baked Noodle Momos recipe

Ingredients for Baked Noodle Momos:

1. Maida – 100 gm

    Salt – A pinch

    Oil – 1 small spoon

2. Water – For kneading dough

3. Oil – 2 big spoons

4. Onion – 1, chopped fine

    Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 big spoon

    Green chillies – 2, chopped fine

    Carrot and cabbage chopped fine – 1 cup

    Coriander leaves chopped – 1 small spoon

    Spring onion – 1 stem, chopped

5. Maggie noodles – 1 packet, cooked and strained water

6. Sesame oil – 1 small spoon

    Salt and pepper powder – As required

    Maggie masala – 1 packet

How to prepare Baked Noodle Momos?

1. Mix ingredients no: 1 together, add water little by little, and knead the dough.

2. Allow it to rest for 20 minutes, and then make small balls from it.

3. Spread them into poori-sized round shapes.

4. Pre-heat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius.

5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 4.

6. Add cooked noodles and mix well.

7. Add ingredients no: 6, mix well, and turn off the flame. This is used as stuffing.

8. Place a big spoon of stuffing inside one poori and pleat it to prepare momos. Also, stick the sides.

9. Bake the momos in a pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes.

10. You can also steam cook your noodle momos.
