Ayurveda Kanji
Ayurveda Kanji is mostly prepared during Karkidokam month and known for its medicinal purposes. It’s prepared in different methods and here is one simple method.
Ingredients for Ayurveda Kanji:
1. Unakkalari (brown rice used for payasam) – 100 gm
Aasaali – 2 small spoons
Fenugreek seeds – 25 gm
2. Coconut scrapped – 1 big cup
Ghee – 1 big spoon
How to prepare Ayurveda Kanji?
1. Cook ingredients no: 1 adding sufficient water.
2. Once rice is well cooked, add coconut scrapped and ghee.
3. Serve hot.
