
Ingredients for Apple Crumble Tart:
For tart base:
1. Maida – 150 gm
Icing sugar – 50 gm
Butter – 100 gm
For filling:
2. Apple – 3
3. Butter – 50 gm
Sugar – 75 gm
Bread crumbs – 50 gm
Cinnamon powder – 5 gm
Raisins – 10 gm
Lemon skin – From 1 lemon
Mint leaves chopped – 5 gm
For crumble:
4. Maida – 50 gm
Sugar – 50 gm
Butter – 50 gm
How to prepare Apple Crumble Tart?
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree celsious.
2. Mix the ingredients of the tart base manually and spread them on the tart mould.
3. Remove the skin and middle portion of the apple and chop it into fine pieces.
4. Melt butter in a saucepan and add the apple along with ingredients no: 3 and mix well.
5. Spread this fruit filling on tart base.
6. Mix the ingredients of the crumble using fingers.
7. Spread crumble on the top of the tart filling.
8. Bake this apple crumble in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
