Karikk Unniyappam (Tender Coconut Unniyappam) – Method 1
Ingredients of Karikk Unniyappam:
1. Ilam Karikk (Tender coconut) – 1 cup
2. Pachari (White rice) – 1 cup
3. Sugar – ½ cup
4. Coconut oil – to fry
How to prepare Karikk Unniyappam?
1. Wash the rice well and soak it for three hours.
2. Add tender coconut and sugar to the rice and grind it well to a fine paste.
3. Heat the unniyappam maker, heat coconut oil and pour the flour to its holes to make tasty unniyappam.
