Mutta Soda (Egg Soda)

Dr. Babu, a dental surgeon started an outlet for variety of egg dishes on an experiment basis at Nedumbassery Airport. He named it as Egg Shop. Very soon it turned to be very success and now Egg Shop owns more than 40 outlets across the world, including one each in Dubai and Sharjah respectively. His restaurants supply a variety of egg dishes such as varieties of omlets, chocolate bulls-eye, shakes adding vanilla and eggs, and a wide range of Mexican, Spanish and Jamaican egg dishes. Mutta Soda is one of the popular egg dishes, and the owner who is a dental surgeon is keen on body’s health and teeth’s health too.

Ingredients for Mutta Soda (Egg Soda):

1. White yolk of boiled eggs – 1

    Ginger paste – 1 pinch

    Mint leaves – 6

    Lemon juice – From one lemon

    Sugar- 2.5 big spoons

2. Soda – 1 bottle

How to prepare Mutta Soda (Egg Soda)?

1. Mix all ingredients no: 1 and add half of soda to it. Blend well.

2. Filter the juice and add remaining soda.

3. Transfer it to serving glasses and decorate with mint leaves and lemon pieces.

4. A few tips for preparing Mutta Soda (Egg Soda):

5. Give importance to hygiene. Egg shell should be cleaned well before you boil eggs.

6. While you poach the eggs, never overcook it. (It should not be hard)
