Frittata
Ingredients for Frittata:
1. Maida – 2 big spoons
Baking powder – Half small spoon
2. Ridge gourd grated – 200 grams
Paneer grated – 200 grams
Pepper powder – Half small spoon
Spring onion chopped – 20 grams
Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon
Eggs – 2, beaten
Coriander leaves – 2 big spoons
Oil – 1 small spoon
Salt and pepper – For taste
3. Cheese grated – 25 grams
How to prepare Frittata?
1. Preheat oven in 200 degree celsius.
2. Blend ingredients 1 in a bowl.
3. Blend ingredients 2 in another bowl and mix with maida.
4. Take a baking tray with less height and grease it.
5. Pour the prepared mixture into the tray and grate cheese on its top.
6. Bake it in preheated oven for 20 minutes. The upper surface should turn brown. You can also microwave for 5 minutes.
7. Take it out and cut it into pieces.
8. Serve it with sauce of your choice.
Note: You can also use a tawa for this preparation. Use low flame.
