Sherbat-E-Azam
Sherbat-E-Azam is a part of Persian cuisine.
Ingredients for Sherbat-E-Azam:
1. Mint syrup -1 big spoon
2. Lemon juice – 1 small spoon
3. Ice smashed – As required
4. Mint leaves – 3 or 4 stems, crushed
5. Soda water – As required
6. Lemon sliced into thin round pieces – 2 slices
How to prepare Sherbat-E-Azam?
1. Take a serving glass and pour mint syrup in the inner edges. Syrup should reach bottom.
2. Pour lemon juice inside the glass.
3. Put a little ice, followed by mint leaves.
4. Put remaining ice and then the lemon slice.
5. Fill the glass with soda and serve.
