Theeb Thavukk
Ingredients for Theeb Thavukk:
- Chicken small pieces – ½ kg
- Lemon juice – 1 big spoon
- Salt – as needed
- Tinned butter mushroom – 100 gm
- Capsicum square pieces – 150 gm
- Onion square pieces – 2 cups
- Garlic crushed – 1 big spoon
- Pepper powder – as needed
- Tomato sauce – ½ cup
- Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon
- Oil – 3 big spoons
- Tomato pieces – 4
How to prepare Theeb Thavukk?
- Add lemon juice, salt and turmeric to chicken pieces and marinate well. Then mix it will all the ingredients including oil.
- Bake in oven. Stir occasionally.
- When water evaporates and chicken becomes brown, take it from oven.
- If you want to cook in tawa (pan), spread the mixture uniformly and cook in low flame. Stir occasionally. When it becomes brown, your Theeb Thavukk is well cooked.
