Sandesh
Sandesh is a traditional Bengali dessert made using either milk or paneer and sugar. Its variant called pranahara is a popular confectionery item of Bangladesh. Read to know one of the simple methods to prepare this easy sweet dish.
Ingredients for Sandesh:
1. Paneer – 200 gm
Icing sugar – 5 big spoon
2. Saffron – 1 or 2 threads
3. Cardamom powder – ¼ small spoon
4. Pista chopped – A little to garnish
How to prepare Sandesh?
1. Using hands softly mix paneer with icing sugar and cardamom powder.
2. You can make sandesh of your desired shape.
3. Garnish using saffron and pista.
